Who Should Attend:
This retreat is for people who participate in any 12-Step program, or those who support recovery, and have the intention to improve their meditation practice and enlarge their spiritual life.

What to Expect:
• Silence, prayer and meditation 
• 12-Step meetings
• Retreat begins Friday (10/28) at 1:00pm (Central time) and dinner at 6:00pm
• Retreat ends after lunch on Monday (10/31) 

Prerequisites:
