How has centering prayer enriched your life?

We would like to share some comments from members with you.

“When all “exit plans” rolling in my head seemed too desperate, I was introduced to centering prayer.  There I found a quiet, warm silence that was the beginning of my healing. I credit both my generous, supporting family for standing by me during those trying times and my caring COSTL community for my healing and continued journey.”

“I absolutely have to do the second sit if I want to be authentic in my life and be healed from all that debris that is stored in my body.”

“The whole experience (weekend retreat) was really inspirational.  I feel I have the tools and knowledge to move forward with Centering Prayer.”

“At the center of every human being is a divine core.  At our core, we are good, regardless of our past mistakes, behaviors, thinking or character defects.”
