Centering Prayer Workshop
Saturday, May 18
1 – 5 p.m.
Grace Episcopal Church
514 East Argonne Drive
Kirkwood, MO 63122

Ordinarily we think of prayer as thoughts or feelings expressed in words. Contemplative prayer is the opening of the mind and heart — our whole being — to the Divine Presence who dwells within.

Centering Prayer is a method that prepares our faculties to awaken to the gift of contemplation.

If you have yearned for a more intimate relationship with Christ, please come and participate in this workshop presented by Contemplative Outreach of St. Louis. We are an interfaith organization dedicated to making this simple method known and to supporting those who want to deepen their relationship with God and participate more fully in the life of the Trinity.

The workshop will be presented in two sessions, the first on Saturday, May 18, with a follow-up session on Saturday, June 1. The cost for the workshop is $25.

Please come and embark on the great adventure of opening ever more fully to the God who waits for you in the silence of your heart.
