We hope that you were able to join us — if only in spirit! We wish you a merry Christmas, happy new year, and the peace of Epiphany that lasts all year!

It’s not too late to make a donation to help Contemplative Outreach of St. Louis to bring Centering Prayer and the contemplative message to all. See the Donate button on the right-hand menu to give via PayPal or credit card, or see the bottom of this post for our address to mail a check.

Light for the Journey:

An Epiphany Event

Sunday, January 9, 2022

4-5 p.m. Central on Zoom

Father Thomas Keating writes of Epiphany: “Epiphany, my dear friends, is the feast of contemplatives in the Church, in all the world religions, and in humanity. . . . Epiphany means revelation. What revelation? . . . The feast of Epiphany reveals that God is inviting us to participate in the union of the Son of God with human nature.”

Read all of Fr. Thomas Keating’s homily from Contemplative Outreach News, December 2013.

We will celebrate Epiphany as a community of Centering Prayer with a Zoom program on January 9th at 4:00 p.m. CST. The program will include a period of Centering Prayer with readings from Scripture and other sources before and after. The theme for the program will be “Light for the Journey.” If you can, please bring a candle to light during our time together.

There is no charge for this program. As always, free will offerings are appreciated.  Donations can be made via PayPal or credit card by clicking the Donate button at right. Or, send a check payable to Contemplative Outreach St. Louis/COSTL to: COSTL, c/o Jo Ann Sturm, Treasurer, 7419 Stratford Ave., St. Louis, MO 63130
