A Centering Prayer Introductory Workshop and Tibetan Sound Bath

For those practicing a 12 Step program, the simple yet powerful method of Centering Prayer when used as an 11th Step practice opens one to a deeper spiritual awakening.

This Workshop will help those searching for emotional and spiritual sobriety through the 12 Steps of AA, Al-Anon, and other 12 step programs. Those with an established Centering Prayer practice will also benefit by refreshing the essentials of the practice.

Introductory Workshop 8:30 to 12:00
Bring a sack lunch 12:00 to 1:00, (drinks provided)
Tibetan Sound Bath 1:00 to 2:00 bring yoga mat

12 Step Contemplative Outreach is dedicated to passing on the gift of Centering Prayer and related spiritual practices to improve our conscious contact with a God of our understanding, to those in 12-Step recovery with a desire for deeper healing.
