Join us as we come together for the next Go Deeper session,

“Guard of the Heart,”

Saturday, November 6, from 8:45am to 12:00noon via Zoom.

Contemplative Outreach of St. Louis will host its next Go Deeper session on November 6, 2021. This ongoing program is designed to deepen and inform our spiritual life. Each session will speak to our yearning to open to and experience our loving God more deeply.

The morning will include a viewing of the video “Guard of the Heart” with Bob Mischke addressing another tool to use on our spiritual journey. We will begin the day gathering on Zoom at 8:45 am and ending at 12:00 noon. There also will be an opportunity for Centering Prayer and small group discussion.

All are welcome, but a contemplative prayer practice would be helpful.

Please register with Bill at bschwindt@att.net. Once you have registered (before November 3rd, please) we will email you handouts and the Zoom information.

Free will donations are always appreciated and may be made online via PayPal or by credit card using the Donate button on the sidebar to the right. Or, by mail, send your check to Contemplative Outreach of St. Louis, c/o Grace Episcopal Church, 514 E. Argonne, Saint Louis MO 63122.

We are all on a spiritual journey every minute of every day. The journey can be very subtle, challenging and exhilarating. It requires openness to change. How we deal with these changes can make all the difference. We invite you to “Go Deeper” and open to what God wants for you.

Bob Mischke currently serves on the Center for Contemplative Living Advisory Council in Denver. He presents Intro Workshops, the Welcoming Prayer, Guard of the Heart and a 9-month course called Contemplative Living Experience program. He also is a member of the Contemplative Outreach Facilitator Training Team. He has been involved with Centering Prayer since 1993.
