Please bring a notebook. It is recommended to bring your book Open Mind, Open Heart, by Father Thomas Keating. This is a beginner book with questions and answers specifically about the centering prayer practice and the spiritual journey. It is a great companion for the journey.

“Centering Prayer is a discipline to foster interior transformation, initiated by God and leading, if we consent, to divine union. One’s way of seeing reality changes, which empowers one to perceive and respond to everyday life with sensitivity to the divine presence in, through and beyond everything.” — Thomas Keating, Open Mind, Open Heart

You are invited to experience support for this contemplative journey with others.

Contemplative Outreach is an unincorporated non profit organization
