Join us for a unique, transformative 2.5-hour workshop where you’ll experience the beauty and serenity of two relaxing contemplative practices: Centering Prayer and Ikebana from the Ikenobo School.

In our introductory workshop to Centering Prayer, you will discover a centuries-old prayer method. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Centering Prayer, experience it in a guided setting, and be able to ask questions and share experiences with the presenters and your fellow participants. Please join us!

David Steindl-Rast teaches that prayer and grateful living arise from attentive presence. By “stop, look, go,” we pause, notice life as gift, and respond with trust. Gratitude becomes a practice of awareness, receiving each moment as grace, deepening connection with God, others, and ourselves in everyday life.
