A brief remembrance on the “entombment” experience of Jesus on the Holy Saturday that preceded Resurrection Sunday will be offered by Susan Komis as reflection for our Centering Prayer in community.
In the global unity of silence as God’s first language,
we gather in prayerful, faithful vigil for the suffering of all humanity and all creation.
We also honor Father Thomas Keating’s birthday (March 7)
and the growing presence of Christ among us with the opportunity to join other Contemplative Outreach Chapters around the world for 23 hours.

Allow yourself to be serenaded by the beautiful sounds of the piano and experience the transformative power of meditation.
This event promises to be a fusion of musical brilliance and mindfulness with concert pianist, Daniel Schene. Space is limited. Location in Lafayette Square.
Open your hearts to silence and wonder in preparation of the 40 Days of Lent & Valentine’s Day. Join us for Silent Saturday with a change for the season. We will have a Centering Prayer period and a Lectio Divina session and sharing, followed by a break and a second Centering Prayer period. New Location.
