Advent Silent Saturday with a Lectio Divina Session December 9, 2023
“Come rest awhile with the Lord.” Advent is a treasured graced-filled time of the year and an opportunity to light our awareness to the expectant hope of this season. Contemplative Outreach St. Louis invites you to a morning of prayer including Lectio Divina, and two Centering Prayer sessions, as we prepare for Advent’s invitation.

Living Flame–Registration extended to Nov. 15, 2023/24
We are accepting late registrations for the 7 month Living Flame program that began on October 21. Others have asked about joining so we have extended the registration date until November 15. All of our sessions are recorded including the previous recording. This next Missouri Contemplative Outreach Chapters hybrid formation program is November 18.
Soul Trekkers – Sitting with Sound and Silence – Saturday, December 2, 2023, 9:00-11:30am
The science of frequency, a common thread truly connecting everything, supports the idea that We Are One – with God, Others and Self. Silence is even a therapeutic frequency. Come join Missy Bazzill as she guides us on a trek, allowing sound frequency through crystal bowls to open a deeper Centering Prayer meditation experience.
Autumn Prayer Morning – Sat., Nov. 11, 8:30-Noon
Holy Communion Episcopal Church is hosting a morning of prayer on Saturday, November 11th. We are pulling from our staff and parishioners, as well as a national presenter to provide you with an opportunity to learn, pray, and practice several forms of prayer and reflection.
